SEA SCOUTS HELPING BOATERS AT THE DOCKS
Sea Scouting is adventure on sea and land for youth. Sea Scouts are coed Boys Scouts on the Water. Sea Scouting is a co-education program offered to young adults between the ages of 14 and 21. It's a chance to learn and have fun at the same time.
Sea Scouting is organized to promote better citizenship and to improve members' boating skills and knowledge through instruction and practice in water safety, boating skills, outdoor, social, and service experiences, and knowledge of our maritime heritage. High school age youth can join and be dedicated to sea scouts for reasons beyond the fun and adventure. Sea Scouts can prepare youth for a life beyond high school. Once youth realize that Sea Scouting will provide the paths to their future dreams, their involvement will reach a new level of commitment. We hope to inspire young men and women to pursue education and skills beyond high school. Learn more at www.seascout.org.
