ABOUT THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Barbara Neff has been the Sailfest Executive Director for the past 13 years. She is the owner of Neff Productions and the New London Waterfront Park Coordinator. She is a life-long New London County resident.

In 1995, Barbara took control of a defunct festival that had lost its direction and purpose. Neff's ability to unite the community and lead a staff of volunteers has turned Sailfest into a proud, attractive and thriving festival.
