Sailfest is bringing celebrity tribute artists Todd Sullivan as Tim McGraw and Kevin Mills as Elvis to the pier stage, straight from the ongoing Foxwoods Resort Casino “Legends in Concert” show, running now through September 6. With its evolving cast, original choreography, elaborate sets, and spectacular costumes, “Legends” has won international acclaim since its 1983 Las Vegas debut. The show’s varied lineups feature many of the most renowned tribute acts in show business.

Based out of East Greenwich, Rhode Island, Kingdom is a high-energy, Christian rock group formed in 2008. The band was founded after the four members became good friends serving together over several years on a youth praise and worship team at their church. In the summer of 2009, Kingdom competed and finished 2nd nationally during the Evangelical Covenant’s Tri Annual CHIC conference held at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. They performed live at the “Hub” at the University of Tennessee and over 7,000 fellow students voted! The band performs live at selected venues in Rhode Island and elsewhere. Kingdom writes, arranges, performs and records mostly original songs, drawing inspiration from serving God and spreading His message through music.

Rewind

The band is called Rewind because they go back to the big hits of the 70's and 80's. They are a six piece band consisting of digital drums, two keyboards (doubling on horns and guitar), guitar, percussion and bass. Rewind features strong vocals while performing the classic hits of groups like Journey, Doobies, Eagles, Billy Joel, Springsteen and many more. They pride themselves on taking on difficult pieces of music and performing them as close to original as possible. (example: Scenes from an Italian Restaurant, Hotel California) The performance experience of the members totals over 200 years. They have performed at many local clubs in eastern Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island as well as outdoor venues and charity functions. They are in the regular rotation at Mohegan Sun's Wolf Den where they are always warmly received. They have a good following of fans, young and old alike, who enjoy hearing their favorite tunes played the way they remember them.
